IPCA Servicio web de entidades que proporciona acceso al Inventario del Patrimonio Cultural de Asturias (IPCA). El IPCA son los bienes muebles e inmuebles que tengan valores patrimoniales en grado notable, salvo en aquellos casos en los que su interés excepcional conlleve la declaración como BIC. La inclusión de un bien en el IPCA determina la aplicación de un régimen de protección coincidente, en buena medida, con el de los BIC. Solo se autorizarán intervenciones en elementos inventariados que respeten sus valores históricos y culturales y que no pongan en riesgo su conservación.
