Description: Esta geometría de las líneas límite tiene, en el mejor de los casos y con la excepción de aquellas líneas límite que hayan sido replanteadas sobre el terreno, la precisión de la escala 1/25.000, condicionada por los métodos e instrumentos topográficos utilizados para su obtención y posterior edición cartográfica. Por consiguiente, no se puede utilizar para la representación de los límites jurisdiccionales en cartografías a mayor escala (denominador más pequeño). Algunas líneas o tramos de líneas pueden ser "provisionales", es decir, carecer de valor jurídico por constar en las correspondientes actas de deslinde la falta de acuerdo entre las partes. Para obtener una geometría más precisa es necesario el replanteo sobre el terreno de las líneas límite, lo que generalmente es factible partiendo de la documentación técnica (cuaderno topográfico de campo) y jurídica (acta de deslinde) con la que figura inscrita cada una de ellas en el Registro Central de Cartografía de la Dirección General del Instituto Geográfico Nacional. Además, esta geometría más precisa, ha de ser refrendada jurídicamente por los propios Ayuntamientos mediante el levantamiento de actas conjuntas, adicionales a las utilizadas para el replanteo, conforme a los procedimientos administrativos establecidos en la legislación aplicable en cada caso. Disponible en formato GML a través de los servicios de descarga WFS y ATOM y en formato shapefile en el Centro de Descargas del CNIG
